Turkish Folklore evening show

We went to Turkish Folklore evening show. The show began with the Whirling Dervishes. The music and dance was wonderful. The rest of the show featured Turkish dance and music.

 

 

Silk Road, Konya - Mevlana Rumi Museum, Sultanhani Caravansary

Today we travelled the Silk Road, visiting Sultanhani Caravansary, the largest in Anatolia and the Mevlana Rumi Museum in Konya, a city famous for its religious role and birthplace of the Whirling Dervishes. No photography is allowed in the main Mevlana Rumi Museum but it is absolutely beautiful and a can't miss if you are in Konya.
