My Son Sanctuary in Duy Phu Village, Unesco Cultural Hertiage site

After our organic village visit, we took a private bus tour ($35 for a van that fits up to 8 people). There was only 4 of us since most everyone else was exhausted from the morning excursion.

The drive is approx. 50 minutes drive from our hotel in Hoi An.

At My Son contains many Hindu temple towers, symbol of the Champa empire (4th - 13th century).

The relics are in the lush green jungle and so there were a lots of mosquitoes out at 4pm.

The lighter color bricks are the restored sections.
