Lunch at Buddhist monastery, Dong Thien Pagoda, Hue

 
We had a vegetarian lunch prepared for us by the Buddhist nuns of the Dong Thien Pagoda. It was very delicious.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

It started with a delicious soup with lots of flavors containing: lotus seeds, potatoes, carrots, muang beans, mushrooms and soy sauce (homemade from soy beans).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
They also served, fried potatoes, green beans with tomatoes, fig salad, mushroom wonton.
 
One of the best meals I had on my trip.
